Mom's Chili
Mom's Chili 1 lb. ground round In large pot, brown ground round, green pepper, and onion. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, pepper and chili powder. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally (Add more water if the mixture becomes too thick). Then add the garlic, salt & beans and heat thoroughly. This is better the next day after being refrigerated.
