1 1/2 pkgs cream cheese
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese (I usually use about 3/4 of bag but up to you)
1/2 cup of beer
Garlic to taste (garlic powder or fresh garlic)
Soften the cream cheese. Add cheddar cheese, beer and garlic to cream cheese.
Mix together (using a hand mixer is the easiest). Add additional garlic or cheddar
cheese if needed. Put in fridge and let it sit for a couple of hours. Serve with
crackers.
