2 cups beef broth 3-4 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp granulated sugar substitute 1/4 tsp black pepper Directions Cook garlic and onions in pan for 5-10 minutes, stir in sugar substitute & cook 10-15 minutes until onions are carmalized. Add beef broth & bring to boil and cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

100 grams cabbage 100 grams ripe tomato 2 Cups water *1 tsp ground cumin *1 tsp chili powder *1 tsp ground thyme *1 tsp oregano *2 cloves garlic *salt and pepper Cook meat, and minced garlic, add 2 cups water and spices. When water is very hot, add cabbage. Cook until cabbage is tender, then add tomato. The longer you cook the tomato, the softer it will become. The more garlic is cooked, the more it loses it's taste.
