Curried Shrimp

*recipe serves 2 hungry people

1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch paprika
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups of small cooked shrimp

Blend margarine, flour, salt, paprika, curry powder, ketchup, sherry
on low heat, add milk and stir constantly
add shrimp last and when they are heated, dish is done
serve with 3 cups of rice
