* 1 pound catfish fillets * 2 teaspoons lemon juice * 2 tablespoons olive oil * just a little red pepper * Creole Seasoning * Nice amount of Seafood Magic Seasoning * little salt and pepper * real little garlic powder * 1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes * 1 teaspoon Leaves * 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans * 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese * 1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
Bake at 385 degrees for 35 minutes.
