'n Easy Pie
2/3
cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O, any flavor
Ice cubes
½ cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 Graham Cracker Pie Cruse
Stir
boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least
2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes
to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until
it begins to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice and throw
away.
Gently
stir in cool whip with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate
15-20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
Spoon
into crust.
Refrigerate
4 hours or overnight and serve!

MOSTOCHOLLI
8 oz. mostocholli, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2&1/2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup water
4 oz. mozarella cheese grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1)
Cook ground beef w/onions until browned; drain.
2) Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
3) Mix half of the sauce with noodles.
Layer
in a 9x9 inch pan:
1.
1/2 of the noodles
2. All of the mozarella
3. 1/2 of the parmesan cheese
4. Remaining noodle
5. Remaining sauce
6. Remaining parmesan
Bake
covered for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven; uncover and bake
additional 15 or more minutes.
