When were you born? Where?

I was born November 3, 1969 in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

What is the 1st thing you want to do when you get home from work or when you wake up on the weekends?

When I get home from work I want to watch Sportscenter or the Simpsons, eat, and change clothes.

Who would you like to pattern yourself after?

No one specifically. I like to be myself but I try to learn from others.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

Anywhere with good weather and lots to do.

If you could get paid the same amount of $ at your current job and do anything, what would it be?

I'd be freelance sportswriter/ photographer/ travel reporter with a totally flexible schedule, very few deadlines, a huge expense account, many company vehicles, and several interns.

If you found $200 in the trash and you had to spend it that day, what would you do with it?

If its the summer I'm headed to the Cubs game with friends. If its the winter I'm going out to dinner or buying things I don't need.

What kind of music you like the most and why?

I try to resist categorization of any type. But I'll say alt-rock. Why? Because it feels right.

Who have you been most influenced by and why?

My parents. One sweet. One strong. I'm both. (or at least I like to think so). Plus they are both good people.

What makes you cry?

Human suffering, death, tragedy, Cubs playoff elimination...things of that nature.

What is your favorite town or state in the United States?

Chicago, Illinois

What is your favorite sports team?

The Cubs.

What do you usually eat for dinner?

If I'm cooking its chicken and a rice, noodle, or vegetable dish. If I'm ordering its probably Italian.

If you had to hear 1 album for the rest of your life what would it be?

Tough question. picking a favorite piece of art is difficult as there are many greats including The Replacements-"Pleased to Meet Me" or Smashing Pumpkins-"Siamese Dream". But if I have to pick one, today I'll say Foo Fighters-"There is Nothing Left to Lose". Tomorrow I might pick something else.

What do you do for $?

By title I am one of many vice presidents at a bank. In reality I'm a glorified financial analyst.

What do you find attractive in the opposite sex?

Smile, intelligence, and a good sense of humor. Combine that with a beautiful face and a sweet ass and I'm good.

Dogs or cats?

Dogs. Someday I'll have another Lab.

What is the one thing people say about you the most?

I hope they say that I'm a good guy with an excellent sense of humor. But they probably say, "I wonder what he would look like with hair?".

What do you watch on TV?

Sportscenter, Simpsons, CNBC, and the Discovery Channel.

You got any Tattoos?

My flesh is untouched by the needle. No ink.

Do you use styling products in your hair?

Silly question Brother Ziola. It's me Jay. No product necessary. I'm follicly challenged.

What is your salad dressing of choice?

Italian.

What is your favorite fast food place? What do you order there?

Baja Fresh-Chicken Burrito Ultimo por favor. Or Potbelly's-Italian w/ everything (including hot peppers).

What is your favorite booze beverage?

Macro brews like Bud Light or Coors Light. As for non-beers I'll have a Captain & Diet Coke or a Citron & Sprite w/ Lemon.

What do you think people say are some of your most virtuous qualities?

That I'm honest, genuine and fun to be around.
