She performed a nose job procedure where she put the wrong

is playing cards in the basement of Bar Salut which he owns.
A drug dealer arrives wanting money from Vinnie so the dealer
cuts off his finger. Eve later asks what happened to his finger
and Vinnie tells her that he got it caught in a meat grinder
making Italian Sausage.
