THIS IS ON OUR NEW GREEN GRILL
THIS WAS OLD COALS -- OK we had a problem with the wind and steaks varying in thickness, we did 6 minutes med high and FLIP then 5 minutes medium heat and thin steak got burnt but they were still red on the inside. Another time we did really thick ones and after 11 minutes total they were bloody as hell on the inside so i would recommend for them maybe extra time on lower heat.
