PRETZEL SALAD
2 cups crushed pretzels
2 TBL. Sugar
¾ cup melted margarine
Mix above 3 items well; press into 9x13 pan; bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cool
1, 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
9 oz. cool whip
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled
crust.
1, 6 oz. package strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
Mix well, quickly add two 10 oz packages frozen strawberries. Mix well & refrigerate until slightly set. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until well set. Cut into squares to serve.
