ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN
1 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. dried whole thyme
1 large clove garlic, minced
3 – 11 oz each pork tenderloins
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
Combine herbs and garlic; set aside. Brush tenderloins with butter, and roll in herb mixture, coating evenly. Place tenderloins, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle any remaining butter over met.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1&1/2 hours.
