Pepper Steak
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 2 leaves fresh sage, bruised
- 1 sprig fresh thyme, bruised
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, bruised
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
- might need a little water
- 1 teaspoon pepper or more?
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cloves or more garlic
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
A1 sauce??!!
- cook 4 hours on low in crock pot
- maybe put peppers in 1/2 way into cooking
