HAMBURGER SOUP
1 lb. ground beef
� tsp. salt
� tap. Pepper
1 large can (46 oz.) tomato juice (I use V-8)
1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup
4 to 5 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 large bag (24 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup diced celery.
1 small can tomato paste with 1 can water
1 can kidney beans (drained)
Worchester sauce to taste
Brown beef in large soup pot. Add salt & pepper. Add 1 cup celery, potatoes, the large can tomato juice and one tall tomato juice can of water, tomato paste with water.� Cook on high until it comes to a boil.� Simmer � hour.� Add the Lipton chicken noodle soup (2 packages), add frozen vegetables.� Simmer 45 min. to 1 hour. Mix often while cooking. Add more water if needed.� Freezes well.� Serve with French bread � truly a complete meal.
